Welcome! Here’s how to buy and download digital papers, clip‑art, and bundles from Creative Ink Studio.

1) Choose your designs

Browse Shop by Digital Papers, Clip‑Art, or Bundles. Each product page shows what’s included, sizes, and license notes.

2) Checkout (secure, prices in NAD)

Add items to cart and go to Checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account (recommended for easy re‑downloads). Prices are shown in Namibian dollars (NAD).

Freebies: If your total is N$0, click Place order — no payment method is required.
Paid orders: Pay securely via the available methods at checkout.

3) Download instantly

After you place your order:

Download links appear on the Order received page.
You’ll also get an email with the links.
Re‑download anytime at My Account → Downloads.

Files are delivered as a ZIP. On desktop, double‑click to extract. On mobile, use your Files app or any free unzip app.

What’s included (formats & sizes)

Digital Papers

JPG at 300 DPI
Common sizes: 12×12″ (3600×3600 px) and/or A4 (2480×3508 px)

Clip‑Art

PNG with transparent background
Typical size: 2000–3500 px on the long side at 300 DPI

Each product page shows exact specs and count.

License (simple summary)

Your purchase includes personal and small‑business use up to 500 units per listing/design. You may edit, recolor, crop, and combine with your own designs. You cannot resell or share the original files, upload them as‑is to marketplaces/POD, or use them to create competing packs.

Printing tips

Use High/Best quality in your print dialog.
Print Actual size (turn off “fit to page” if you want true 100%).
For best results, use high‑quality matte cardstock or presentation paper.
Colors vary by monitor/printer.

Troubleshooting

I placed a free order but didn’t see links.
Check your email (including spam) and My Account → Downloads. If you still can’t find them, contact us and we’ll help.

The ZIP won’t open.
Re‑download from My Account → Downloads. Make sure you’re using a modern unzip app (on iPhone/iPad, use the built‑in Files app).

Payment failed or gave an error.
Try again, or contact us and we’ll assist. If needed, we can arrange an alternative method while we investigate.

FAQ (quick answers)

Do I need an account?
No, but creating one makes re‑downloads easy.

Can I use the files commercially?
Yes, for small‑business use up to 500 units per listing/design. See License & Use.

Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are generally non‑refundable, but if a file is corrupted or not as described, reach out and we’ll fix it.
