By using this website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms.
About our products
- We sell digital downloads only (no physical shipping).
- Files are typically provided as ZIP archives containing JPG (papers) and/or PNG (clip‑art) files, as described on each product page.
Pricing & currency
- Prices are shown in Namibian dollars (NAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if any, are included/excluded as indicated at checkout.
Ordering & downloads
- After a successful order, you’ll receive download links on the confirmation page and via email.
- You can re‑download purchases any time via My Account → Downloads.
Refunds
- Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final.
- If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help fix the issue (replacement or reasonable remedy).
License summary
- Purchases include personal and small‑business use up to 500 units per listing/design.
- You may edit, recolor, crop, and combine our assets in your own designs.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files, upload them as‑is to marketplaces or POD services, or use them to create competing clip‑art/paper packs.

Prohibited uses
You agree not to: (a) misuse the site; (b) attempt to access accounts or data without authorization; (c) reverse‑engineer or extract our original files from your final products; (d) infringe our intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property
The site and all product content are owned by Creative Ink Studio (or our licensors) and protected by copyright and other laws. You obtain a license to use assets according to the License & Use page—no ownership is transferred.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Adumo (and/or other enabled gateways). We do not store full card details. Orders may be cancelled or refunded if fraud is suspected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia (conflict‑of‑laws principles excluded). Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Namibia, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change and the new Terms will apply upon posting.
