Here are the most common questions about our digital downloads.
Q1: How do I download my files?
A:
Right after checkout you’ll see a Download button, and you’ll also get an email with your link. You can re-download anytime via My Account → Downloads. Files are delivered as ZIPs—on desktop they open with a double-click; on mobile, use the Files app or a free unzip app.
Q2: What formats/sizes do you provide?
A:
Clip-art: PNG with transparent background, usually 2000–3500 px on the long side at 300 DPI.

Papers: JPG, typically 12×12″ (3600×3600) at 300 DPI or A4.
Q3: What’s the license?
A:
Personal use and small-business use up to 500 units per listing/design. You can edit, recolor, crop, and combine with your designs. You can’t resell/redistribute the original files, use them as-is in another pack, or for AI training. Read the full terms here: /license.
Q4: Refunds?

Because these are instant digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have any issue with a file or download, contact us and we’ll help quickly.
Q5: Printing tips
Colors vary by monitor/printer. For best results use high-quality paper, set print quality to High/Best, and disable “fit to page” for true size.
